Assisted pull-up machines are amazing for people who can’t do more then 5 pull ups at a time. I have had clients who could not do one regular pull up from the start but then were about too. This is another great machine that will help you build muscle and lose fat from your body. 

 

I have had amazing results with clients losing body fat with these workouts. Everyone thinks you have to run for 30 minutes to an hour to get great results. But the truth is you can do 2 min of hard sprints 30 seconds at a time with 1.5-3 minutes rest to achieve great results. The assault bike is ideal but you can also use the treadmill, elliptical, or just do sprints at a track by where you live.
